5. Why do you wish to join [USF]: So I can bring my amazing-ness back to the clan. Duh.
6. How experienced are you in Plazma Burst 2? Explain why you feel this way or how this can be proved: Experienced... I'm good-ish I guess.
7. Describe yourself in 3 words: Incredible. Sassy. Bitch.

9. How many deaths do you have: 236
10. Do you have any Player Points or Predicted Player Points? If so state them: 0.29
11. Any Level Developer Points? If so state them: Nope.
12. Latest and Overall K/D ratio: 1.1
13. (This answer should be more than 3 sentences.) Give THREE reasons why we should accept you: I was awesome before when I first joined up, and I'll be awesome again this time. Most of the people liked me, a few (not going to name them) decided to hit on me. I tried to make the clan better in my own special way.

15. What are your Skills/Playing styles: Swords and sniping.

17. Explain why did you leave these clans: Work and school got in the way. So did life.
18. How often will you be online in our discord chat and in-game: I'll chat on discord most days. Will I play often? Probably not sorry to say.
