The applicant has informed me that this is his brother's account - which he still uses - but that does not appear to be an issue as his brother has reviewed the expectations that we have, for our members, and will not cause problems.

However, the account is quite Pay-to-Win and that is very undesirable in the Grand Theft Auto V Colony, but in this specific circumstance, it may potentially be overlooked.
